Rockdale Healthcare Center in Conyers, GA, seeks a Social Services Director to lead the social services team for residents and their families.

You will oversee case management, plan development, regulatory compliance, and staff supervision, driving compassionate, person-centered care.

This role offers an opportunity to shape programs, collaborate with nursing and therapy, and deliver meaningful support to seniors and individuals with disabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a social services leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of social services principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.

Responsabilidades
