Qualifications

Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to walk, stand, and bend throughout the workday. The employee must be able to communicate effectively and have sufficient hearing and vision, including close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The position requires the ability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 25 pounds with appropriate assistance and equipment. Must be able to move throughout all areas of the community and may occasionally assist residents with transitioning from a seated to a standing position
