Lakewood Post Acute & Rehabilitation is seeking a Social Services Assistant to support the social services director in addressing residents' psychosocial needs. This full-time role focuses on compassionate care within our 24-hour skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

Experience in medical social work or post-acute settings is preferred; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is desirable but not required. Competitive pay and full benefits accompany this opportunity.
