Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with a group of up to 10 individuals at the Day Center and smaller groups in the community in accordance with their ISP plans.
• Assist with needs as outlined in the ISP.
• Complete assigned transportation routes daily, which may include multiple morning and afternoon routes.
• Complete contracts in the community as assigned.
• Promote a safe learning environment.
• Document and track progress made throughout the day.
