Make a difference as a SOCIAL SERVICES ASSISTANT Coordinated Entry

As a Full-Time Social Services Assistant focusing on Coordinated Entry, you will play a pivotal role in supporting victims of domestic violence through essential Intake and scheduling services. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough intake services for clients and coordinating their next steps with our dedicated Coordinated Entry and System Navigation staff. You will collaborate with other organizations to ensure a comprehensive support network while utilizing the Clarity HMIS for effective Database Management. Additionally, you will participate in required training and networking meetings, enriching your knowledge and skills. Regular attendance at staff meetings will keep you informed about organizational policies and procedures, ensuring that you remain aligned with our mission.

What you need to be successful
