Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social services, or behavioral health.
• Entry-level position with no prior related work experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to drive clients.
• Agency driving requirements for Washington state.

Responsibilities

• Provide care coordination including counseling and case management.
• Lead Child and Family Team meetings.
• Navigate resources for mental health, education, and social services.
• Develop and update Plans of Care aligned with goals.
• Conduct CANS screenings every three months.
• Collaborate with schools, courts, and social services.
• Advocate for youth and families with culturally competent care.
• Coordinate crisis response and document progress.
