Job summary

MediLodge of Montrose is seeking a Social Services Assistant to support the social services department in a long-term care setting. A High School Diploma is required, and one year of experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.

You will provide administrative support, coordinate resident visits with outside services, and help educate staff on psychosocial issues and patient rights. A positive, confidential, teamwork-focused atmosphere is expected.
