Job summary

Arcadia Care is seeking a part-time Social Services Assistant to support the Social Services Department and ensure residents' emotional and social needs are met.

Responsibilities include planning and directing the department's operations, establishing policies under the Administrator's guidance, and safeguarding residents' welfare in compliance with policies, laws, and regulations.

Qualifications

• An individual that possesses a bachelor’s degree in a human services field (including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling or psychology).
• A minimum of one year of supervised experience in mental health or human services is preferred.
