Job summary

Plaza Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Social Services Assistant to join our South Scottsdale facility. You will help plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct our social service program to support residents and families.

The role emphasizes a collaborative, caring environment with on-site duties and opportunities for professional growth within a 179-bed CMS 5-Star skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications

• 6 months in LTC (Preferred)
• Fingerprint Clearance Card within 30 day of employment – Facility Paid

Job Description

As a Social Services Assistant you will assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing our facility’s social service program.

• 6 months in LTC (Preferred)
