Job summary

MediLodge Monroe is seeking a Social Services Assistant to support the social services department, providing administrative assistance and coordinating resident visits with outside services. This role contributes to a patient-centered care environment in a long-term care setting.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma and at least one year of experience in a long-term care environment, with strong teamwork, communication, and a commitment to resident rights and psychosocial well-being.

Qualifications
