Qualifications

• Master's Degree is required.
• Must possess a state licensure: LPC, LPC-I, LMFT, LMSW or LCSW.
• 3-5 years of experience is preferred, but 1-2 years of experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in meeting biopsychosocial needs and accessing therapeutic treatment skills.
• Provide basic consultation, teaching, and specialized clinical social work services for patients/families.
• Deliver crisis intervention, short-term and long-term family therapy, and referrals as needed.

This brand new 144-bed free standing behavioral health facility offers the community high-quality behavioral health care services for seniors, adults and adolescents.

Hanover Hill is seeking an experienced Full-Time Social Service Therapist (Licensed). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC.

The Social Service Therapist (Licensed) performs social services functions to include assisting patients in meeting their biopsychosocial needs while enabling them to access through therapeutic treatment skills to achieve their optimal level of emotional health, including providing basic consultation, teaching, complete specialized clinical social work services for patients/families receiving care, crisis intervention, short-term and long-term family therapy, and providing information and referrals as needed.
