Hanover Hill Behavioral Health in Bethlehem, PA, seeks an experienced Full-Time Social Services Therapist (Non-Licensed) to join a multidisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art facility with EPIC.

The role provides psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, discharge planning, and crisis intervention, coordinating care across hospital departments and referral sources to support seniors, adults and adolescents.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred, but 0-1 years required.
• Social Work or Professional Counselor License is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Participate in treatment team planning and discharge planning/case management.
• Perform crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources and hospital departments.
