Job summary

Hanover Hill Behavioral Health in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania seeks an experienced Full-Time Social Service Therapist (Licensed) to join a multi-disciplinary team in a state-of-the-art facility.

The role provides social services to meet biopsychosocial needs, offers crisis intervention, individual and family therapy, and referrals as needed. A Master’s degree and active state licensure are required, with 1–2 years of experience minimum.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree is required.
• Must possess a state licensure: LPC, LPC-I, LMFT, LMSW or LCSW.
• 3-5 years of experience is preferred, but 1-2 years of experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
• Deliver crisis intervention and short/long-term family therapy.
• Provide information and referrals to patients and families as needed.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art facility.

Hanover Hill is seeking an experienced Full-Time Social Service Therapist (Licensed). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team while working in a state-of-the-art facility, including EPIC.

The Social Service Therapist (Licensed) performs social services functions to include assisting patients in meeting their biopsychosocial needs while enabling them to access through therapeutic treatment skills to achieve their optimal level of emotional health, including providing basic consultation, teaching, complete specialized clinical social work services for patients/families receiving care, crisis intervention, short-term and long-term family therapy, and providing information and referrals as needed.
