Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a social-science-related field.
• Two years professional experience in a social-sciences-related setting or workforce development with demonstrated employer relationships.
• Experience providing career coaching or academic advising in higher education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized career coaching and develop social science-specific programming.
• Build partnerships with healthcare employers to prepare students for workforce transitions.
• Collaborate with Career Services, the College of Social Sciences and Education, and faculty to integrate career readiness across the student experience.
• Support students from career exploration through employment, including experiential learning opportunities.
