Job summary

Funko is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to craft platform-native, short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and emerging channels. You’ll partner with design and marketing to translate campaigns into engaging, scalable content that aligns with our brand voice and product storytelling.

You’ll bring a strong portfolio and 5+ years in the field, with hands-on experience shooting/editing video and a knack for writing concise copy.

Qualifications

5+ years in social content creation or related field.
Strong portfolio of social-first and short-form video content.
Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram formats.
Experience shooting and editing short-form video.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma.
Strong writing and storytelling skills.
Experience with consumer/fashion/entertainment/e-commerce brands preferred.
Collaborative and organized in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Concept, shoot, and edit platform-native content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, etc.
Create short-form video, product-focused content and campaign cutdowns.
Translate campaigns and product stories into engaging social concepts.
Adapt existing creative into platform-appropriate formats with design team.
Write concise, engaging copy for social content.
Stay current on social trends and best practices.
Partner with marketing, creative, e-commerce, paid media, and product teams.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency.
