Centene is offering a paid internship opportunity to learn about processes within the Managed Care industry. You will conduct UX research on provider portals, support communications strategy for Illinois, and gain exposure to various career functions in the field.

Through this internship, you will apply academic knowledge, participate in training, and contribute to projects while building professional competencies.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college.
• Prefer field related to the hiring department (marketing, communications, design, etc.).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship not available.

Responsabilités

• Conduct UX/UI research to assess provider portals and identify clinician experience improvements.
• Support provider communication strategy and social media modernization for Illinois audiences.
• Coordinate and provide support, documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Learn various job functions within Managed Care and explore career opportunities.
• Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to projects.
• Research legal, regulatory, and other topics within the area and industry.
• Attend training to enhance professional competencies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
