Position Available: Social Media Strategist

Organization Overview:

AAMBC Inc. is a leading network for Black literary creatives, known for producing the largest entertainment award show celebrating African Americans in literary arts, publishing, and film.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Strategist to join our team remotely. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies for AAMBC Inc. and our subsidiary, Delphine Legacy Media. This role involves collaboration with the Social Media and Marketing department, Sales team, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Background in Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Social Media Management, Journalism, Digital Media, Writing, Business, or Marketing (preferred, not required).
• Creativity, eagerness to learn, and a solid understanding of social media trends.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Formulate and execute a plan to expand online presence and target specific audiences.
2. Enhance Brand Presence: Create compelling content to foster community engagement and strengthen brand identity.
3. Cause Marketing and Influencer Partnerships: Develop partnerships to boost social impact.
4. Content Management: Oversee social media content creation, ensuring consistency with brand voice.
5. Campaign Analysis: Measure campaign success using data and analytics to improve strategies.
6. SEO Tracking and Optimization: Analyze SEO performance and optimize content for reach and impact.
