Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field required.
• 3+ years of professional experience managing social media accounts and creating digital content.
• Experience developing content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and others.
• Strong photography, videography and video editing skills required.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with adaptable messaging.
• Experience using social media management, scheduling and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Canva, SproutSocial, CapCut, Meta Business Suite and other platforms.
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong creative instincts with visual storytelling and branding knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and others.
• Create compelling, original content including posts, short-form videos, reels, stories and graphics.
• Maintain a social media editorial calendar aligned with campaigns and events.
• Write engaging captions and advertising copy reflecting brand voice.
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for social and digital channels.
• Identify storytelling opportunities highlighting donor/recipient experiences and partnerships.
• Collaborate with marketing to brainstorm and execute campaigns.
• Ensure content is on-brand, approved and published per schedule.
• Grow reach and engagement, monitor channels and engage with followers.
• Identify trends and opportunities to increase visibility.
