Base pay range

$36,000.00/yr - $45,000.00/yr

Job Summary

This role is for US candidates only.

FULL TIME - REMOTE - 4 DAY WORK WEEK!

The Social Media Specialist at Consultwebs is expected to work Monday-Thursday, thirty-two hours per week. The individual will be responsible for creating, hypothesizing, testing, and implementing data-driven campaigns with a focus on brand building and generating leads. Duties will require coordinating page design, curating organic and paid content,t and managing ads.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with:

Each team member is expected to contribute to the culture and profitability of the company daily by adhering to core values and holding others accountable to do the same, following company policies, and seeking to fulfill the company’s mission and vision through efficiently performing key responsibilities and goals based on role and department:

  • Work with assigned Digital Marketing Managers to strategize and implement quarterly tier plans to generate maximum return for the client’s investment.
  • Create and optimize Facebook ad campaigns and boosted posts to build brand authority and generate leads.
  • Coordinate monthly or weekly social media content, including custom images for clients and posting via the SoCi dashboard.
  • Generate reports for each client and turn them into a team manager by the 7th of each month.
  • Hypothesize new social media strategies and record in the Social Media playbook. Assist in testing strategies.
  • Work to improve the Social Media Team’s strategies by researching trends, analyzing previous efforts, and altering campaigns based on data.

Qualifications:

You might be the ideal candidate if:

  • A detailed understanding of Facebook ad campaigns. Other social ad platforms’ ad campaigns are a plus (such as LinkedIn, TikTok, and Snapchat), but not required.
  • Be knowledgeable in current organic and paid social media trends.
  • Must be proficient with English grammar and well-versed in various social media websites, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google My Business.
  • Excellent planning skills! Our Social Media Specialists plan social content calendars for our clients each month!
  • An understanding of basic design theory.
  • Teamwork, ClickUp, Asana, or other task management software experience preferred.
  • SOCi, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or other social media scheduling tool experience preferred.
