EVERSANA is seeking a Social Media Operations Lead for a long-term contract to be the backbone of our digital execution. Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Airtable for workflow architecture.

• Experience creating SOPs or training documentation for digital/marketing teams.
• Strong collaboration across multiple business units and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with deadlines and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the master social media calendar in Airtable and ensure a strategic cadence across the portfolio.
• Establish and enforce SLAs for incoming requests and asset delivery windows.
• Act as the central intake hub for all social media requests and track statuses.
• Support end-to-end approval workflows to ensure content readiness.
• Handle scheduling and community management in Hootsuite and engage with the audience.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for publishing and community management.
• Onboard new team members or agency partners on internal workflows and tools.
