Responsibilities

• Content Calendar Optimization: Maintain the master social media calendar in Airtable with strategic cadence across the portfolio.
• Workflow & SLA Management: Establish and enforce SLAs for incoming requests and ensure assets meet windows for publishing.
• Project Management: Act as the central intake hub, track statuses, follow-ups, and ensure content meets brand standards.
• Approval Facilitation: Support end-to-end approval workflows with internal sign-offs for compliance.
• Scheduling & Community Management: Handle scheduling and tagging in Hootsuite; manage the Inbox and engage with the community.
• SOPs & Enablement: Maintain SOPs for publishing and community management; document internal workflows.
• Internal Training & Enablement: Onboard new team members and agency partners on Airtable and Hootsuite workflows.
