Job Summary:

Coinflow is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across multiple social platforms (including Linkedin and X). We are looking for someone who will be responsible for crafting and executing product marketing campaigns, thought leadership pieces, operational learnings, and more in both short and long-form format. Ideal candidates will be able to integrate into the sales, strategy, and product teams, and convert meaningful insights into digestible content. The right individual will bring a balanced combination of ambition, judgment, creativity, flexibility and critical thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, engaging content strategically tailored to social media platforms including X and LinkedIn
• Develop and maintain a content calendar: create posts, obtain approvals, schedule, and monitor performance of social media posts
• Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, and Product teams with the goal of driving revenue, demand, and usage of our products
• Respond to client inquiries on social media platforms
• Track ROI of campaigns from both a content engagement perspective (followers, comments, impressions, etc.) and revenue perspective
• Update website content as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of past content to share in the early stages of interviewing
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Strategic thinker that can connect the dots between GTM strategy and marketing content
• Comfortable writing short-form and long-form content
• Comfortable finding key partner outlets for media and content dissemination, including podcasts, fintech/ crypto news sites, conferences, and more
