SERVPRO Team Toft in Omaha, NE seeks a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to own and grow our social presence. You will craft content, manage accounts across platforms, and support campaigns that showcase our people, projects, and community involvement.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in social media or marketing, strong writing skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities with a proactive, team-oriented approach. This is a full-time, on-site role in Omaha.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Self-motivated with ownership mindset to grow the role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
• Experience creating/editing photos and videos for social media.
• Experience managing business social media accounts (preferred).
• Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite and editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across locations and platforms.
• Create, coordinate, schedule, and publish engaging content.
• Develop content highlighting employees, customers, community, projects, and culture.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across locations.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and community activities.
• Attend events to capture photos and video content.
• Coordinate marketing materials and promotions.
• Monitor engagement and performance; recommend improvements.
• Track results and optimize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with leadership and sales to meet marketing goals.
• Stay current with trends and best practices.
