Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead strategy and execution for the new @Superhuman_HQ channels, elevating awareness of our brand and product suite across platforms.

You will own content planning, publishing, and community engagement while collaborating with Design, Video, Communications, Product Marketing, and Social Care to maintain on-brand, social-first content. This hybrid role in the Core Marketing organization focuses on growth and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in social media or digital marketing for tech/B2B brands.
• Strong strategy across multiple channels including X and Reddit.
• Excellent writing, tone, and creative storytelling.
• Ability to partner with Design, Video, and Communications teams.
• Organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Reddit).
• Manage content calendars, publishing, and handles.
• Tailor copy for each platform and audience.
• Collaborate with Design, Video, and Communications teams on engaging content.
• Partner with product marketing on campaigns, launches, and thought leadership.
• Engage with online communities with the social care team.
• Monitor performance and report on engagement, reach, and brand impact.
