Shapiro Capital is a real estate company focused on multifamily assets, offering expertise across acquisitions and development. The firm is dedicated to identifying and developing high-quality multifamily properties that create long-term value. By integrating investment, planning, and capital solutions, Shapiro Capital supports sustainable growth across its portfolio.
Beyond its investment work, Shapiro Capital is also an educational company. Through Shapiro University, we teach both newcomers and experienced investors looking to grow their real estate portfolios, with training across buy-and-hold, fix-and-flips, and multifamily investing.
The company values professionalism, innovation, and a results-oriented mindset.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Miami area.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and creative mid-level social media professional to take an end-to-end role managing our social media accounts — from communication strategy through day-to-day execution and monitoring. It’s a role for someone who moves fluidly between the strategic and the operational, because it goes beyond execution: working closely with the CMO, you’ll help shape the brand’s social positioning in the real estate market and then bring it to life — leading an internal team, helping manage the content budget, and owning the results for engagement, growth, and brand sentiment. This role reports directly to the CMO.
The right person thinks about positioning, tracks the metrics that matter, brings structure to the accounts’ daily routines, and strengthens the relationships between the brand and its fans, clients, and communities. More than executing calendars, we’re looking for someone who can read brand context, interpret consumer behavior, and turn that analysis into consistent, effective action.
Familiarity with real estate, especially multifamily assets, is a plus.
