Purity Products is seeking a creative, hands-on Social Media Manager to own how our two brands, Purity Products and Cheerific, show up on social daily. You’ll write captions, create content, test platforms, and drive organic growth across two growing supplement brands.

You’ll be part of a small, fast-moving in-house growth team—moving from idea to live content quickly, while staying compliant with supplement messaging rules. Hybrid work in Plainview, NY with a competitive salary.

Qualificações

• 4 to 6 years in organic social or brand marketing, including 2+ years owning a brand's channels.
• Writer first with sharp voice; able to be funny on purpose.
• Deep, native understanding of TikTok and Instagram: algorithms, formats and what makes people stop scrolling.
• A track record of testing new platforms and formats early.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools for content and workflow.
• Comfort shooting and editing mobile-native video.
• A strong analytical mindset and fluency in social tools and native analytics.
• Good judgment on what can and can't be said about a supplement, and comfort working within FTC and claims rules.
• The ability to run two brands' channels at once while priorities shift.
• You've grown an account on a platform early, before it was obvious. Show us.
• You've built AI workflows for content or social. Show us those too.
• A supplement, wellness, beauty or CPG background
• Experience growing a community from scratch

Responsabilidades

• Own organic social strategy for both brands: platform priorities, content pillars, cadence and growth targets.
• Run day-to-day publishing, copy and community across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest.
• Build the content calendar across always-on content, product launches and seasonal moments.
• Manage comments, DMs and community, and turn what customers say into content ideas.
• You'll test new platforms and formats and report on performance.
• Test new content types: lo-fi and selfie-style video, series, memes, carousels, livestreams, AI-made content.
• Stay current on trends, sounds, memes and platform changes, and move fast on the ones worth chasing.
• Know when to jump on a trend and when to skip it, and be able to explain why.
• Bring us a point of view on what's working for brands inside and outside supplements.
• Build AI workflows for content or social to increase output.
• Shoot and edit social-native content yourself; brief creators and partners.
• Work with creator and paid media teams to share what's working and feed the best organic content into ads.
• Make content that respects the rules for what can be said about a supplement.
• Own reporting on channel performance and turn it into content decisions.
• Run a weekly pulse, a monthly report and post-mortems for launches.
