Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of professional social media management experience in retail, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio with short-form video, photography, copywriting, and social storytelling.
• Proven experience marketing products and brands through digital channels.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and X.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project-management skills.
• Comfortable capturing real-time content in a retail environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop and own the company’s organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, X, and emerging platforms.
• Align social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns, product launches, retail promotions, ecommerce initiatives, and new inventory.
• Partner with buying and retail teams to identify priority products, releases, trends, and categories to feature.
• Stay current on emerging social media trends, platform changes, creator strategies, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, traffic, and sales.
• Provide social media coverage for select weekend events and major industry activations.
