Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media management for a brand.
• Ability to create compelling content, including copy and graphics.
• Understands each channel’s algorithms and how content is served.
• Knows what makes content resonate on social media.
• Translates strategy into powerful content with input from teammates.
• Understands and analyzes performance data to pivot content direction.
• Works well in a close-knit team environment.

Responsibilities

• Create social content across all channels with a focus on LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, tailoring content to each platform.
• Demonstrate strong copywriting skills to make dense scientific content approachable on social media.
• Manage the brand’s content across Reddit and Bluesky.
• Stay up to date with new platforms and trends and recommend implementations.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Build and nurture CRI’s online community through engagement and thoughtful responses.
• Monitor performance and optimize content using social analytics and platform insights.
• Willing and eager to test and experiment to expand impact.
