Netlify is hiring a Social Media Manager to own its social presence across X, LinkedIn, Bluesky and Discord. You will turn product launches and community activity into content that resonates with developers and vibecoders building with AI.

You will manage the social calendar, coordinate with Dev Advocates and product teams, and craft posts that explain Netlify ships with strong writing and public judgment. Equity and competitive pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing social media for a technical, developer, AI, or product-led brand.
• Experience handling high-volume brand handles across multiple platforms.
• Strong writing and public-communication judgment for technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Own Netlify's day-to-day social presence across X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Discord and priority channels.
• Turn product launches and community activity into clear, engaging posts.
• Build and manage the social calendar balancing launches, education and builder content.
• Monitor ecosystem to highlight developers building with Netlify and AI tools.
• Support campaigns, promote challenges and events through social storytelling.
• Improve reach and engagement using platform algorithms.
• Coordinate intake, approvals, launches, and reporting with Dev Advocates and product teams.
