Job summary

Evolve Scholastic Inc. is seeking a Social Media Manager to grow the brand's presence across platforms. You will plan the content calendar, capture and edit photo/video, craft captions, and support launches and events.

Occasional evenings, weekends, and travel to cheer competitions may be required. Responsibilities include engaging with the community, tracking performance, and collaborating on campaigns with partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of social media content creation for a brand or organization.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong writing, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings and weekends.
• Full-time availability for in-office work in DFW.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the social media content calendar.
• Capture iPhone photo and video at cheer competitions, events, product shoots, and brand activations for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Edit and publish content, including same-day event coverage when needed.
• Write captions and short-form social copy.
• Monitor social media trends relevant to cheer, sports, collectibles, and trading card games.
• Support product launches, campaigns, partnerships, and live events.
• Engage with the Hit Zero TCG community across social platforms.
• Track social media performance and use analytics to improve content.
• Organize and maintain photo, video, and content files.
