*** This position must be located in New York, NY; Overland Park, KS; or Bellevue, WA. This is not a remote role - this is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.What You’ll Do In Your Role
Support the entertainment lead with the day-to-day social execution of T-Mobile’s entertainment sponsorships, including festivals, tours, award shows, and media sponsorships.
Support the entertainment lead in overseeing social content productions—providing creative direction and real-time feedback during capture, editing, and publishing during live events
Support the entertainment lead as the primary point of contact for our agencies, ensuring they feel like an extension of our team so they can do their best work
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agency and external partners, and talent to develop strategies, plan, and implement coordinated campaigns of varying scope and scale.
Ensure content ladders up to overarching social and brand strategies, and reinforces our value prop to members
Track performance, analyze results, and share insights to optimize future content and campaign strategy
Support budget management, vendor coordination, and timelines for content and campaign deliverables
Contribute to team brainstorms and creative ideation, helping evolve how we show up in the entertainment space
Education and Work Experience
4–7+ years of experience managing social media campaigns in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
3+ years of hands-on social production experience, especially with real-time productions and high-profile talent
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Agency experience strongly preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated interest in entertainment, especially professionally. Ideally, you can look at a festival lineup and know most of the performers!
Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile projects and shifting priorities with grace and focus
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented—a team-first collaborator who never lets the ball drop
Confident communicator who can present ideas and insights to senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Comfortable adapting creative and strategy on the fly while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude
Deep understanding of social platforms, paid social, analytics, and creator/doer marketing
Travel: Must be able to travel 25-50% of the time.
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
