Daniel J. Edelman Holdings seeks an account executive level Social Media Manager to join a growing team that builds and supports social media strategies for clients.

You will act as the brand’s eyes, ears, and tone on social, engaging communities across multiple channels with real-time, culturally relevant content. You will collaborate across strategy and analytics to provide insights, brainstorms and content ideation, and post approved materials while staying ahead of trends and platform

Qualifications

• Two years of digital/community management or social media experience.
• Ability to engage audiences and maintain brand voice across channels.
• Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X/Twitter, Facebook).
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with social listening and data-driven insights is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage audiences across Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
• Uphold brand voice and tone in community interactions.
• Flag emerging trends and opportunities for timely action.
• Draft copy and support content ideation for owned social content.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams on brainstorms and agile moments.
• Identify relevant trends and opportunities with cultural competency.
• Maintain and organize documentation across content and engagements.
• Share learnings from community insights with cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated on creators, trends, and platform updates.
