Job summary

Kids USA Montessori is seeking a creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to grow our online presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This remote, part-time role focuses on planning, creating, publishing, and managing engaging content that showcases classroom experiences, events, and Montessori education.

You will produce 20-25 posts monthly, 15-20 reels, daily stories, write captions, design graphics with Canva, and analyze monthly performance.

Qualifications

• We’re seeking experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok business accounts.
• Experience creating engaging social media content and short-form videos.
• Strong Canva or graphic design skills.
• Experience editing Reels and short-form videos.
• Excellent written English and caption writing skills.
• Understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Meta Business Suite or similar scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of analytics and social media reporting.

Responsibilities

• Create parent education posts related to Montessori learning.
• Develop staff spotlight posts and community highlight content.
• Encourage Google Reviews through creative social media reminders.
• Monitor comments and engage with our online community when appropriate.
• Research social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas.
• Participate in a monthly planning meeting to discuss upcoming events, campaigns, and marketing priorities.

Kids USA Montessori is looking for a creative, organized, and passionate Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help grow our online presence and connect with families across our four Montessori campuses.

This is a remote, part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys creating engaging social media content, producing short-form videos, writing compelling captions, and helping build a strong online community. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to showcase classroom experiences, school events, parent resources, and Montessori education through Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Work closely with our marketing team using photos, videos, enrollment updates, classroom activities, parent testimonials, and community partnerships provided by each campus.
