You will work closely with the Social Media Manager to execute a vibrant content strategy across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook while staying on top of trends and platform culture. The role requires 2–3 years in social media, strong writing, and hands-on content creation including video.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations or related field (or equivalent).
• 2–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation.
• Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and their trends.
• Experience creating social-first content, especially short-form video.
• Comfortable filming content with a smartphone and basic tools.
• Excellent written communication and ability to adapt voice to a brand.

Aufgaben

• Support the Social Media Manager with daily execution of the brand’s social media strategy.
• Develop and manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and emerging platforms.
• Create engaging social content including short-form video, photos, Stories, Reels and TikToks.
• Monitor trends, conversations, sounds, formats and opportunities for brand participation.
• Manage community engagement across platforms (comments, messages, mentions).
• Coordinate user-generated content (UGC) for brand channels.
• Support social media campaigns, launches and events with real-time coverage.
• Prepare weekly and campaign-specific performance reports.
• Travel to select brand events to capture content as needed.
