This role drives organic digital and social media strategy to expand brand visibility, elevate executive thought leadership, and deepen engagement with partners, donors, and key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Content Operations
- Develop and execute cohesive, cross‑platform organic social media strategies across major channels (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Manage integrated content calendars aligned with organizational campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and core awareness moments.
- Produce compelling, purpose‑driven content highlighting global program impact and donor initiatives.
- Utilize platform trends, features, and performance insights to continually optimize audience growth and engagement.
- Oversee social listening and community moderation to protect brand reputation and build authentic stakeholder relationships.
- Provide digital guidance and content best practices to distributed and international team leads to ensure global brand alignment.
- Support crisis and rapid‑response communications with timely, brand‑aligned messaging as needed.
- Produce social‑first multimedia assets (including short‑form video/Reels) using standard design and platform tools.
Executive Visibility & Thought Leadership
- Formulate and execute strategic personal branding and thought leadership plans for senior executive leadership, primarily on LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
- Draft high‑impact thought leadership content that positions executive leadership as key voices in global development, philanthropy, and social impact.
- Identify high‑value conversations and industry trends for executive participation.
Creator & Advocacy Partnerships
- Design and implement creator and influencer engagement strategies to broaden reach and strengthen advocacy.
- Identify, vet, and maintain relationships with values‑aligned advocates, digital partners, and micro‑influencers.
- Oversee campaign execution from outreach and agreements to content alignment and performance tracking.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Monitor and evaluate core metrics across platforms, including reach, engagement, web referral traffic, and conversion trends.
- Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights to inform future strategy.
- Utilize social listening tools to gauge brand sentiment, sector trends, and audience dynamics.

Required Qualifications:

- Experience: 5+ years of experience managing multi‑platform social media operations and digital strategy for a corporate brand, global non‑profit, or executive leadership team.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands‑on experience with social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics) and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
- Leadership Alignment: Proven experience collaborating directly with senior executives and cross‑functional leadership teams.
