Kat + Noelle Boutique is looking for a creative, fashion-forward Social Media & Content Manager to help grow our online presence and bring the Kat + Noelle brand to life across social media. This is a hands-on, in-store position within our boutique. While social media and content creation will be the primary focus of the role, Kat + Noelle is a small retail team, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable jumping in wherever needed.

Some retail experience is required. When needed, this role will assist with the sales floor, clienteling, styling clients, receiving merchandise, steaming, organizing the stockroom, and other day-to-day boutique responsibilities. There will be times when it's truly all hands on deck, and every team member is expected to contribute.

The ideal candidate understands that this is not a traditional behind-the-scenes social media position. We are looking for someone who loves fashion, boutique retail, content creation, and working directly with clients. Previous social media experience within a boutique or fashion retail environment is strongly preferred.

Social Media & Content

• Manage Kat + Noelle's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Create engaging photo and video content featuring new arrivals, designers, styling, products, events, and the boutique
• Create and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other short-form content
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all social platforms
• Create content both in-store and on location as needed
• Plan and maintain a social media content calendar
• Stay current on social media trends, sounds, formats, and fashion content
• Develop creative concepts and campaigns that increase engagement and brand awareness
• Assist with social media promotion surrounding new collections, product launches, events, and special initiatives
• Write engaging captions and social copy that reflects the Kat + Noelle voice
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and help build our online community

Retail & Boutique Support

• Assist on the sales floor when needed
• Provide a warm, elevated experience for clients
• Assist with clienteling, client outreach, and follow-up
• Help style clients and provide product recommendations
• Support the team during busy periods, events, and high-traffic days
• Receive, unpack, tag, and organize new merchandise
• Steam, replenish, and maintain merchandise
• Assist with stockroom organization and general boutique upkeep
• Help with online orders, shipping, returns, and other operational tasks as needed
• Jump in wherever needed as part of a small, collaborative retail team

Brand & Marketing

• Translate the Kat + Noelle aesthetic and in-store experience into compelling digital content
• Collaborate with the retail and buying teams on content opportunities and upcoming launches
• Work closely with the buying and merchandising team to highlight key pieces, designers, and new arrivals
• Help develop creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, events, and collaborations
• Monitor social performance and identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement
• Track relevant social media analytics and adjust content strategy based on performance

Qualifications

• Previous social media experience within a boutique or fashion retail environment is strong preferred
• Previous retail experience is required
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends
• Experience creating and editing short-form video content
• Strong eye for fashion, styling, photography, and visual presentation
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas
• Comfortable filming and creating content in a retail environment
• Comfortable working directly with clients and assisting on the sales floor
• Experience with clienteling or customer outreach is a plus
• Strong understanding of current fashion and social media culture
• Excellent written communication and caption-writing skills
• Highly organized and able to manage a content calendar and multiple projects
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar creative platforms is a plus
• Photography or videography experience is a plus
• Genuine passion for fashion, boutique retail, and content creation

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time, depending on the ideal candidate
• This is an in-store position at our Dallas boutique
• Some flexibility in schedule may be available depending on experience and availability
• Weekend availability may be required based on the needs of the business
• Schedule will be discussed during the interview process
