Beloved Boutique in Breckenridge is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to grow our online presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. This part-time role focuses on creating engaging short-form video content that aligns with our brand and showcases our fashion-forward women's apparel.

The position offers about 10–12 hours per week with two in-store filming sessions; in-store sales shifts are optional.

Qualifications

• Local to Breckenridge or Summit County; in-person only.
• Comfortable on camera and able to shoot/edit short videos.
• Proficient with TikTok and Instagram Reels; independent editing.
• Passion for fashion and women's clothing.
• Excellent communication and ability to take direction and creative feedback.
• Brand/content experience with boutiques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and post short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Develop and schedule Pinterest pins to drive traffic to the Shopify store.
• Film in-store content at least twice per week.
• Collaborate with the owner for content direction and voice.
• Engage with followers through comments and DMs across platforms.

Beloved Boutique is a women's clothing, shoes, and accessories boutique located on Main Street in Breckenridge, Colorado. Open since 2013, we offer a carefully curated selection of fashion-forward styles that complement the mountain lifestyle. We operate both a brick-and-mortar store and a growing online shop at belovedboutiqueshop.com.

We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative, motivated individual to help grow our online business through compelling social media content on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

Position Summary

This is a Social Media Content Creator role with the option to pick up additional hours as an in-store sales associate. The primary focus of this position is to grow Beloved Boutique's online business through engaging, on-brand content across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate is a confident on-camera presence, fashion-forward, and deeply familiar with short-form video content and current social media trends.

Candidates who are interested in a fuller schedule are welcome to take on in-store sales associate shifts in addition to their social media responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Social Media Content Creation (Primary Role)

• Create and post short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, including try-on styling content filmed in-store
• Develop and schedule Pinterest pins to drive traffic to our online Shopify store
• Film in-store content a minimum of two times per week
• Collaborate directly with the owner for content direction, brand alignment, and post approval
• Engage with followers through comments and direct messages across all platforms
• Stay current on social media trends, sounds, and formats relevant to women's fashion and boutique retail
• Contribute ideas for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional content

In-Store Sales Associate (Optional Additional Hours)

• Provide outstanding customer service on the sales floor
• Assist customers with styling, fitting, and product selection
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and product knowledge

Qualifications

Required

• Local to Breckenridge or Summit County — this is an in-person position and not available remotely
• College student or older
• Comfortable and confident on camera, including trying on and styling clothing
• Proficient with TikTok and Instagram Reels — must be able to independently shoot and edit short-form video content
• Genuine passion for fashion, personal style, and women's clothing
• Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction and creative feedback

Preferred

• Experience creating content for a brand, boutique, or personal fashion account
• Familiarity with Pinterest and best practices for driving e-commerce traffic
• Retail or customer service experience
• Experience with video editing apps such as CapCut, InShot, or similar tools

What to Expect

• Approximately 10–12 hours per week dedicated to social media content creation
