You will partner with content, design, and product marketing to translate technical narratives into high-performing social campaigns that drive audience growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube
• Write, edit, and schedule engaging copy tailored to each platform and audience segment
• Manage the editorial social calendar and collaborate with the design team to produce high-impact visual assets
• Monitor social channels for brand sentiment, industry trends, and community engagement opportunities
• Track and analyze social performance metrics using tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and GA4 to optimize reach and engagement
• Run experiments with new content formats, video clips, and interactive polls to maximize audience retention

What We Are Looking For

• 3-5 years of social media management experience within B2B or B2C technology companies
• Demonstrated expertise with social media management platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into punchy, engaging social content
• Experience managing paid social campaigns and amplification budgets is strongly preferred
• Bonus: Working knowledge of basic video editing tools (Premiere, CapCut) and familiarity with tech industry ecosystems
