About The Role
The role owns social media strategy and execution end-to-end, translating brand positioning and product launches into content that builds audience, engagement, and pipeline across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Reporting into the marketing org, the Social Media Manager partners with content, design, and demand generation to run an always-on publishing engine — and uses analytics to prove what's working and kill what isn't.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the social media calendar and publish daily organic content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Develop channel-specific strategies for B2B thought leadership and B2C community growth, including executive ghostwriting on LinkedIn
- Manage paid social budgets ($500K+ annual) across LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and TikTok; optimize toward CAC, CPL, and pipeline contribution
- Monitor brand mentions and industry conversations using tools like Brandwatch or Sprout Social; **escalate** risks and surface opportunities
- Run experiments on content formats, hooks, and posting cadence; report performance weekly with clear KPIs
- Partner with design and video teams to produce short-form video, motion graphics, and visual assets in Figma and Premiere/CapCut
- Coordinate launch moments — product releases, events, funding announcements — with product marketing and PR
What We Are Looking For
- 4-7 years running social media for a B2B or B2C technology brand, with measurable growth in audience and engagement
- Hands-on expertise with scheduling and analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer) and native platform analytics
- Experience managing paid social campaigns and budgets; comfortable reading performance data in GA4 and ad platform dashboards
- Excellent writing and editing skills — able to shift voice across channels, from punchy TikTok scripts to executive LinkedIn posts
- Strong project management; can coordinate multiple stakeholders and hit publishing deadlines without babysitting
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: video-first content experience (short-form editing, on-camera direction), experience with employee advocacy programs, or a personal social following
