Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business priorities including resident acquisition, employer branding, recruiting, and community engagement.
• Manage and optimize presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Lead creation of multimedia content (video, photography, graphics, carousels, stories, written posts).
• Coordinate content production across communities; protect resident dignity and follow privacy and consent requirements.
