Software Placement Group is seeking a Social Media Manager to own its social presence, shaping storytelling, creativity and engagement across platforms. You will lead content strategy from concept to execution, elevating brand voice and community growth in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, expertise across major social networks, and strong writing skills to drive analytics-driven campaigns and influencer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
• At least 5+ years of professional social media experience.
• Strong knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
• Experience with influencers or strategic social partnerships.
• Excellent writing and ability to adapt tone by platform.

• Develop and lead an organic social media strategy to grow awareness and engagement.
• Define a recognizable brand voice across all social channels.
• Create platform-specific approaches for multiple networks.
• Lead planning and development of social-first campaigns.

• Analyze performance and provide content recommendations.
• Support communications during timely or sensitive situations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a Social Media Coordinator.
