a16z Frontier, a venture capital fund from Andreessen Horowitz, is seeking a Social Media Lead to grow its social channels and engage diverse communities across domains. You will adapt and distribute existing content into native social posts, create clips and campaigns, and oversee short-form production. You will also advise the broader team on strategy and brand voice.

This is a remote role aligned to West Coast time with occasional in-person offsites as needed.

Formación

• Direct hands-on social media ownership for a high-visibility brand.
• Excellent communicator across text, multimedia, design or memes.
• Ability to adapt voice across formats, platforms and audiences.
• Experience with social platforms (X, LinkedIn) and crypto-native tools preferred.
• Strong data skills, analytics, and insights reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and manage multi-threaded deadlines.
• Passionate about technology, open source, and related domains.
• Low ego, high empathy, and collaborative mindset.
