You’ll move fast, use AI to accelerate work, and develop a distinctive voice that resonates in the crypto and technology communities. This role demands ownership, taste, and the ability to manage content end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Experience creating social, content, media, or marketing work with clear evidence of impact.
• Track record of growing an account, audience, brand, publication, or personal following.
• Excellent writing instincts and strong judgment around tone.
• Deep familiarity with X and understanding of how content spreads online.
• Strong video editing and visual content skills to turn raw footage into polished content.
• Fluency with AI creative tools and ability to use them independently.

Responsibilities

• Turn research, launches, news, data, and ideas into content people want to consume and share.
• Write sharp posts, threads, announcements, memes, and social-first content.
• Create short-form video content from concepts to clips and explainers.
• Use AI tools to generate graphics, video, and other assets without a designer.
• Own ideas end-to-end from concept to published post.
• React quickly to breaking industry news and online conversations.
• Help develop Project Eleven's voice and strengthen founders' social presence.
• Track performance and build repeatable formats to grow the brand.
• Build the video content operation with repeatable formats for short-form video and podcasts.
• Focus on attention that supports organizational goals and credibility.
