Maximus is looking for a team lead for organic social media, based in the U.S. The role involves overseeing content planning, driving community engagement, and expanding the organization's social media strategies. This role acts as the team lead for organic social media planning, creation, and evaluation, while overseeing governance, evaluation, and community management processes. Maximus has seen an increase in the number of accounts we operate, now exceeding 20, requiring a dedicated role. The successful candidate will lead monthly social media planning meetings with support from the PR Manager, advise on social media strategy and tactics, and develop organic campaigns as needed.
The position offers a salary of £32,000 to £37,000 (Non-London) and £37,000 to £42,000 (London). It is home-based with occasional travel to team meetings and other business-related meetings.
