• Lead brainstorming sessions to develop detailed holistic social strategies.

Beyond Relations is seeking a highly creative Social Media Lead who will assist in social media coverage across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Youtube and Pinterest. This position will require live social programming and help drive engagement and growth on all platforms across the channels. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a team environment with a flexible work schedule and unquenchable thirst to deliver.

In this role, you'll be expected to drive business objectives and opportunities across the channel while partnering with brand marketing to convey stylized editorial content that speaks to product, lifestyle, and giving impact. This individual will be an expert on digital media marketing trends to build out social strategies, ideate with internal stakeholders, and oversee social content distribution and execution of plans.

Responsibilities

Develop holistic social strategy of owned, paid, and earned socials to ensure a complete brand presence and consistency in brand personality across social channels.

Build and lead a team of high-impact social media professionals.

Partner with internal teams such as Content, Marketing, and Legal in optimizing social strategy while in compliance of high-level content strategy and brand guidelines.

Lead brainstorming sessions between social team and cross-functional teams to develop detailed holistic social strategies.

Partner with other countries in localizing US initiated campaigns, managing project execution, asset development, and promotional plan.

Manage internal processes of requests and projects from other teams.

Develop internal measurement tool, user persona analysis, content source dashboard, etc. with product and data teams to improve the proficiency of social projects.

Qualifications

Detail oriented and has strong analytical skills.

Understand the social communities with hands on experience in managing social medias.

Familiar with Beyond Relations community and shows a deep understanding of the content ecosystem.

Strong influencer marketing background in both driving brand goals and conversion goals.

Great communication skills and will be able to handle multiple projects at the same time.

Strong project management skills and comfortable in communicating across timezones.

Proficiency in using tools like Appsflyer, SproutSocial, Talkwalker, Tableau, Hootsuite, Tubular, etc.

Deep understanding in mobile internet and the competitive landscape of Beyond Relations.
