Job summary

Athlete To Athlete is seeking a social media intern to help bring our brand to life across organic channels and assist with paid posts as needed. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to craft captions, source trends, coordinate UGC, and organize assets in a fast-moving startup environment.

Ideal candidates live on social media and have strong writing skills, with an interest in youth sports or athlete culture.

Qualifications

• Active, fluent user of TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong writing with concise tone.
• Interest in youth sports or athlete culture.
• Organized and reliable; can manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Draft captions and schedule posts across platforms.
• Monitor engagement and track trends relevant to youth sports.
• Coordinate UGC and prep clips for review.
• Assist with onboarding content creators.
• Track performance and pull simple reports.
• Maintain content calendar and asset library.
