Athlete to Athlete is seeking a social media intern to support our organic channels and asset organization. You'll draft captions, schedule posts, and help track trends from youth sports and athlete culture, working alongside our creative strategist.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who lives on social media, understands what makes content stop a scroll, and wants real experience in a fast-moving marketing team. Flexible, remote-friendly schedule; pay rate $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active, fluent user of TikTok and Instagram.
• Strong writing with a clear, concise tone.
• Interest in youth sports or athlete culture.
• Organized and reliable with multi-tasking.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Bonus: basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere).

Responsibilities

• Drafting captions, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement across platforms
• Source and track trends relevant to youth sports, parenting, and athlete culture
• UGC coordination, organizing footage from mentor creators, logging assets, prepping clips for review
• Content creator onboarding and communication
• Track performance of organic and paid posts and pull together simple reporting
• Keep content calendar and asset library organized
