Injective is seeking a Social Media Intern to join our Marketing team in New York. You will help create timely content, track trends across crypto, fintech, and internet culture, and turn ideas into posts, threads, and short-form content.

You spend time online, understand what makes content engaging, and enjoy experimenting with new formats. You will collaborate with design and marketing to develop assets, maintain an active social presence, and learn how engagement and performance inform future

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field.
• You’re highly active on social media and follow trends, memes, creators, and internet culture.
• You have a strong sense of what makes content engaging and shareable.
• Excellent copywriting and writing skills; adapt tone to different platforms and audiences.
• Creative and comfortable developing new ideas and trying different formats.
• Interested in crypto, Web3, fintech, or emerging technology.
• Familiarity with platforms such as X, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Bonus: you have created content for a personal account or organization and can share examples.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish engaging social media content across platforms such as X, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
• Stay on top of social media trends, memes, conversations, and emerging content formats, identifying opportunities for Injective to participate.
• Brainstorm creative content ideas with the Marketing team and help turn them into posts, threads, short-form content, visuals, and campaigns.
• Monitor crypto, fintech, and broader internet culture to identify relevant conversations and content opportunities.
• Help maintain an active and consistent social media presence across Injective’s channels.
• Work with the design and marketing teams to develop creative assets and social‑first content.
• Experiment with different types of content and messaging to understand what resonates with our community.
• Track engagement and content performance and use those insights to help improve future content.
• Support the Marketing team with day‑to‑day social media and content initiatives.
