Job summary

Rambler is seeking a Social Media Intern to implement our social strategy and manage Instagram and TikTok accounts for College Station, TX. You’ll create monthly calendars, publish engaging content, and work with the video team to produce reels.

As a current bachelor’s student in Marketing or a related field, you’ll gain hands-on experience across brand management, copywriting, video editing, and social analytics while supporting campaigns and giveaways.

Qualifications

• Current college student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR, Journalism or related fields of study.
• Experience managing a brand’s Instagram presence.
• Passion for social media and content creation; strong personal social presence preferred.
• Canva skills are a plus.
• Strong grasp of Instagram and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Rambler social media channels (Instagram and TikTok) following the Social Media Strategy and Policies.
• Develop and execute monthly social content calendars that tell the brand story.
• Publish unique, audience-specific content to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Produce reels and TikToks to entertain, educate and engage the audience.
• Engage with followers on Instagram via comments, likes and shares.
• Grow follower count and engagement and help convert followers into customers.
• Work with the video team to conceptualize and produce social videos.
• Track engagement and follower growth and make data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain brand colors, guidelines and layouts for visuals.
• Manage weekly Instagram giveaway campaigns from ideation to delivery.
• Assist with planning and coordinating lifestyle photoshoots.
