Qualifications

• Practical experience in social media and influencer professions.
• Hands-on exposure across social media functions and influencer partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Attend Leadership Development classes as available.
• Attend weekly intern meetings to learn about various theme park functions.
• Assist the social media team in interactive efforts across platforms (influencers, content, community management, reporting).
• Assist with influencer inquiries and partnerships via AspireIQ, and schedule content for channels via Sprout Social.
• Develop and proof content for social/PR campaigns with Dollywood personnel.
• Support PR and Social Media events (media visits, park events).
• Assist in social media analytics tracking and adjust strategy to meet goals.
• Monitor all social channels via Sprout on a daily basis and engage with the Social Media Supervisor.
